Dr. Stefan Georgescu, born in 1955, graduated from the Navy Academy “Mircea cel Batrin” in 1978. In 2000 he graduated the and National Deference University “Carol
I”. Currently, Stefan Georgescu is a senior lecturer and of the Faculty of
Communications and Political Sinces at “Andrei Saguna”
University. In 2010 he also became the dean of the faculty. Simultaneously, Stefan Georgescu is working as an editor for the Romanian EJO website.
